Hello! The way these sets work is that each case is self-contained. Meaning the case includes 36 boxes, and the prize support for those 36 boxes. So the way to redeem is to go back to who-ever sold you the box and ask for the prize. The problem of course is that most people buy the case, sell all the boxes and then also sell all the prizes lol. If you bought from a vendor though they will almost definitely help you. If you are totally stuck you can always try messaging random vendors on AliExpress with a picture of your card and ask to redeem it. They will make you order something else to get the prize shipped with.
Prize cards are difficult outside of China for these reasons, but I have actually redeemed a bunch of them through AliExpress vendors so it is definitely possible.
